What is Zootify’s Warranty Policy?
We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Zootify offers a Limited Warranty of up to 6 months from the date of purchase. The specific warranty duration may vary depending on the product category and is mentioned under the Warranty tab on the respective product page.
What Does the Warranty Cover?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects related to materials and workmanship, including:
· Bonding or stitching issues
· Material or component failure
This warranty is valid only when the product is used under normal conditions and for its intended purpose.
What’s Not Covered?
The warranty does not cover:
· Misuse, accidents, or neglect
· Damage from abrasion, solvents, or cleaning agents
· Transport-related damage
· Wear and tear from regular use
· Modifications made to the product
· Loss or damage due to improper usage
