📦 How to Place an Order
We deliver across India. To place your order, simply visit zootify.com and shop your favourite accessories.
💸 Are There Any Shipping Charges?
- Free shipping on all orders of ₹1,000 and above.
- A flat ₹75 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹1,000.
Any additional charges for Cash on Delivery (COD), if applicable, are shown at checkout before you place your order.
🔄 How Does the Delivery Process Work?
Once your order is placed, our team carefully inspects each item to ensure it meets our quality standards. After passing the final quality check, your order is securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
They’ll attempt to deliver your order at the earliest. If they're unable to reach you or deliver at your preferred time, they’ll get in touch to coordinate.

📦 Multiple Products in One Order?
We consolidate all items into one shipment to ensure you receive everything together. This helps us reduce packaging waste and lower our carbon footprint.
You’ll only be charged once for shipping, regardless of how many items you order.
⏱ Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated dispatch time is mentioned under the Shipping & Returns section on each product page. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number and courier partner details.
Tracking will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.
🌍 Do You Ship Outside India?
Orders on zootify.com are delivered within India only.
