❌ How Does Zootify’s Cancellation Policy Work?
🛒 Before Shipment
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can request a cancellation by:

Once your request is received and verified, your order will be cancelled, and a refund will be processed within 48–72 business hours.
📦 After Shipment
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. In such cases, you can refer to our Returns Policy for further options.
💸 Are There Any Cancellation Charges?
· No charges apply if your order is cancelled before shipment.
· If you cancel after your order is packed but before dispatch, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
📋 Are All Products Eligible for Cancellation?

💰 How Will I Receive My Refund?
· In case of cancellation before shipment, the refund is processed within 3-4 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
· For prepaid orders (credit/debit cards, net banking), refunds are issued to the original payment method within 48–72 hours of cancellation confirmation.
· It may take 4–5 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
